- 12 ripe figs
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- Rosemary a few sprigs
- 2 cups verjuice
- Crème fraîche, for serving
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the figs in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with the honey. Tuck in a few rosemary sprigs and pour over the verjuice. Roast for 30 minutes. Serve with the crème fraîche.
